Diversity & Inclusion as a discussion is far more amplified than it has been in the past. While it still remains a challenging conversation to have in many workplaces, more C-suite executives are making D&I practices a high priority. Culture is a more accepting normal. Participation of women in the workforce has increased. LGBTQ+ inclusion has been better than before. Companies are investing in digital accessibility so that they can increase the participation of people with disabilities in the workforce. Employee Resource Groups are working closely with D&I Managers to help shape the company culture. Veterans are welcomed into the corporate space.

Advocates & Allies need to create safe and supportive spaces for employees to ask questions, be themselves, and contribute to their teams at their fullest potential.
Join us virtually along with our panel of global practitioners as we create a cross-pollination of hands-on learning and best practices from leaders across industries addressing how organizations and companies can raise their standards and shift approaches to D&I to make a case for its business value.
